Frequently Asked Questions About Packages
What is included in the package?
Korean Lash Lift
Lash Tint
Brow Lamination
Brow Tint or Hybrid Stain
Brow Wax & Shape
What is a Korean Lash Lift?
A Korean Lash Lift is a gentle treatment that lifts your natural lashes from the root, creating a longer, more lifted appearance without extensions. The formula is designed to be kinder to the lashes while delivering long-lasting results.
How long does the appointment take?
Approximately 1 hour 15-30 minutes.
How long do the results last?
Lash Lift: 6–8 weeks
Brow Lamination: 6–8 weeks
Brow Tint: 2–4 weeks
Hybrid Stain: Up to 10 days on the skin and up to 6 weeks on the brow hairs (results vary depending on skin type and aftercare).
Will the treatment damage my natural lashes or brows?
No. When carried out professionally and with the correct aftercare, the treatments should not damage your natural lashes or brows.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes. A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your appointment if you're a new client.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and brows, free from mascara, brow products and oils.
Can I choose between a tint and a stain?
Yes.
Tint colours the brow hairs for a softer, natural look.
Hybrid Stain colours both the hairs and the skin, creating a more defined, makeup-like finish.
Is the treatment painful?
Not at all. Most clients find it relaxing and many even fall asleep.
What should I avoid after my appointment?
For the first 24 hours, avoid:
Getting your lashes or brows wet
Steam, saunas and swimming
Heavy exercise
Oil-based products
Eye makeup and mascara
Sleeping face down if possible
Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
Yes. After the first 24 hours, you can wear mascara if you wish, although many clients find they no longer need it.
Can I have the treatment if I'm pregnant?
This treatment isn't recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding due to hormonal changes, which can affect the results and increase sensitivity.
Will brow lamination make my brows look stuck up?
No. Your brows will only look brushed up immediately after the treatment. Once you've washed them after 24 hours, you can style them however you like each day.
Is this suitable for short or straight lashes?
Yes! Korean Lash Lifts are ideal for straight, downward-pointing and short lashes, helping them appear longer and more open.
How often can I have the treatment?
Every 6–8 weeks is recommended to maintain healthy lashes and brows while achieving the best results.
Who isn't suitable for this treatment?
The treatment may not be suitable if you:
Have an active eye infection
Have cuts, burns or irritated skin around the eyes or brows
Have had recent eye surgery (unless cleared by your doctor)
Have a known allergy to the products
Cannot have a patch test if required
Watery eyes
How do I look after my brows after lamination?
After the first 24 hours, brush them into place daily using a spoolie and keep them nourished with a brow conditioning oil or serum.
Why choose this package instead of lash extensions?
If you prefer a low-maintenance, natural look, this package enhances your own lashes and brows without the upkeep of extensions. It's perfect for holidays, gym-goers, swimmers, or anyone wanting an effortless everyday look.
What if I've had a reaction to a lash or brow treatment in the past?
If you've previously experienced an allergic reaction to a lash lift, lash tint, brow lamination, brow tint, hybrid stain, or any similar treatment, I am unfortunately unable to carry out the treatment.
Your safety is my priority, and as a previous allergic reaction increases the risk of another reaction, I cannot proceed even if a patch test is negative. If you're unsure whether your previous reaction was an allergy, please get in touch before booking to discuss your suitability.
How do you ensure my lashes stay healthy?
I carefully assess the condition of your natural lashes before every treatment and tailor the treatment to your lash type and condition. If I don't feel your lashes are suitable for a lift, I will advise against proceeding, as the health of your natural lashes will always be my priority.
Whilst every care is taken to achieve the best possible results, lash lifts are a chemical treatment and results can vary depending on your natural lashes, their condition, previous treatments, medications, hormones and aftercare. On rare occasions, results may vary from the desired outcome, and this will be discussed with you if necessary.
